Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Twunique Crystals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS. Estimated shipping time is 5–7 business days, not including processing time.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Twunique Crystals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If a replacement is available, it may be provided at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Twunique Crystals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis delivered packages once USPS marks the order as delivered. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
